    Find warehouses by location, type and purpose: rent, lease, sale or future projects. Filter by size and see the price up front.

    Explore listings

    Create a free account to open full listings: every photo, the specification sheet, amenities and the map. Each listing you open uses one property view from your package.

    Connect directly

    Tap Call now or WhatsApp to reach the person who listed the property. The number is the owner's or dealer's own, never a call centre.

  4. 04

    Close the deal

    Visit, negotiate and sign directly with the owner. Makyard charges no commission on the deal.

    Create an account

    Sign up as an owner, dealer or developer. Every new account starts on the free Starter package.

  2. 02

    Add your warehouse

    Enter the location, area, price and specifications, and upload photos. It takes about five minutes.

  3. 03

    We review and approve

    The Makyard team checks the details and approves the listing, usually within one working day. Packages with a verified badge show it on your listings.

  4. 04

    Get direct enquiries

    Interested businesses call or WhatsApp you directly. Track views and contacts on every listing from your dashboard.

Good to know

Do I pay to open the same listing twice?
No. Once you have opened a listing, revealed its number or messaged it on WhatsApp, going back to it is free.
What happens when my package runs out?
The next listing, number or WhatsApp you try to open asks you to choose a new package. Nothing you have already unlocked is lost.
Is the phone number really the owner's?
Yes. Call and WhatsApp connect you to the person who posted the listing: the owner, their dealer or the developer, as shown on the listing.
How long does approval take?
Most listings are reviewed within one working day. If something is missing we tell you what to fix, and you can edit and resubmit from your dashboard.
Which locations does Makyard cover?
All of India. List or search warehouses in any city, industrial area or corridor, from the Delhi NCR belt to Mumbai, Pune, Bengaluru and beyond.
