1. What Makyard does

Makyard is an online marketplace where owners, developers and brokers advertise warehouse and industrial properties, and where businesses search for and enquire about them. Makyard is not a party to any lease, licence or sale agreed between users unless stated in writing.

2. Listings

• Listers must be the owner of the property or hold the owner’s authority to advertise it.
• Listing information, including area, specifications, approvals and price, must be accurate and kept up to date.
• We may edit listings for clarity, request proof of ownership or authority, and remove any listing at our discretion.

3. Due diligence

A “Verified” badge means we have made basic checks on the lister and listing; it is not a guarantee of title, approvals or condition. Occupiers and buyers should inspect the property and review title, land use, fire NOC and other approvals, with professional advice where needed, before entering any agreement.

4. Acceptable use

You must not post false or misleading content, scrape or copy listings in bulk, send spam, or use the site for any unlawful purpose.

5. Paid plans

Membership plans are billed as described on the pricing page. Plan features may change; existing subscribers will be notified of material changes. Refunds are handled under our refund policy.

6. Liability

The site is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, Makyard is not liable for losses arising from transactions between users or from reliance on listing information supplied by listers.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and courts at Sonipat, Haryana have jurisdiction.
