Questions about packages
What counts as a property view?
Opening the full details of a listing (all photos, specifications, amenities and location) uses one property view. Opening the same listing again is free.
What are contact number and WhatsApp views?
Revealing an owner's phone number uses one contact number view; opening a WhatsApp chat with them uses one WhatsApp view. Each listing is charged once.
What happens when my package runs out?
The next time you open a listing or contact an owner, we ask you to choose a package. Owners you have already unlocked stay in your dashboard.
What is a future listing?
A listing for an upcoming or under-construction property. It uses a future-listing credit and carries a Future listing badge.
Can I hold two packages at once?
Yes. Credits from every active package add up, and the package that expires first is used first.
How do refunds work?
