Refund policy

Listing on Makyard is free on the Free plan. This policy applies to paid membership plans bought on makyard.in.

1. When a refund may be given

  • Failed or duplicate payments: if you were charged but the plan was not activated, or you were charged twice, the amount is refunded in full.
  • Technical problems: if a fault on our side stopped you using the plan as described, we will extend the plan or refund the unused portion.
  • Other requests are reviewed case by case.

2. When refunds are not given

Refunds are not normally given for a plan that has been substantially used, for a change of mind after listings have been published or featured, or where an account has been suspended for breaching our terms.

3. How to request one

Email Makyardproperty@gmail.com or call +91 70827 04300 with your registered mobile number, the plan, the payment date and transaction reference. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.
