Privacy policy

This policy explains what personal information Makyard (“we”, “us”) collects when you use makyard.in, how we use it and the choices you have. By using the site you agree to the practices described here.

1. Information we collect

  • Details you give us when you enquire about a listing, post a requirement, list a property or contact us: your name, mobile number, email, company and the details of the space you need or offer.
  • Listing information supplied by owners, developers and brokers, including property photos, specifications, location and asking price.
  • Usage data such as pages visited, device and browser type, collected through standard server logs and Google Analytics, which uses cookies to measure how the site is used. You can opt out with Google’s browser add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
  • Saved listings and comparisons are stored only in your browser on your device, not on our servers.

2. How we use it

  • To pass your enquiry to the owner, developer or broker of the property you are interested in, and to contact you about it.
  • To match requirements with suitable listings and to arrange site visits.
  • To verify and publish listings, and to manage membership plans and payments.
  • To keep the site secure, prevent spam and improve our service.

3. Sharing

We share your contact details with the lister of a property only when you enquire about it, and with listers whose properties match a requirement you have posted. We use service providers for hosting, messaging and payments, who may process data on our behalf. We do not sell your personal information.

4. Calls and WhatsApp

By submitting a form you agree that Makyard and the relevant lister may call you or message you on WhatsApp about your enquiry, requirement or listing, even if your number is registered on the DND list. You can ask us to stop at any time.

5. Retention and security

We keep enquiry and listing records for as long as they are needed for the purposes above or as required by law, and protect them with reasonable technical and organisational measures.

6. Your choices

You can ask us to correct or delete your information, or to take down a listing, by writing to Makyardproperty@gmail.com or calling +91 70827 04300.

7. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
